🚚 Shipping & Dispatch

🥕 Orders are handmade to order and can take up to 2 business days to dispatch.

🥕 We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-8 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.

🥕 Free delivery on all orders over $100.

🥕 Orders below $100 - Standard Shipping: $10, and Express Shipping: $15

🥕 Once shipped, you’ll be able to track your package, receive an estimated delivery time using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.

🥕 Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address. If an order is returned to us, the customer will need to cover re-shipping costs.

A: 🌿 Our treats are made without preservatives, so we recommend using them by the expiry date on the label (usually 4–6 months if stored correctly). Once received, keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to keep them fresh and crunchy.

A: 🐰 Every treat is handmade with love in our commercial warehouse in Vermont, Victoria. We use only fresh, bunny- and piggy-safe ingredients, carefully dehydrated to lock in flavour and nutrition.

A: 🚚 Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over $100. For orders below $100, the shipping fee is $10 for Standard and $15 for Express.

A: 🥕 Because our treats are handmade, they may vary a little in shape, size, and colour (especially when we use seasonal fruits and veggies). But don’t worry – they’ll always have the same yummy taste and quality your bun will adore!

A: 🐹 Yes! All of our treats are suitable for both rabbits and guinea pigs. If there are any exceptions, they’ll be clearly noted in the product description.
